Privacy

What we store. Your email, the name you choose, an optional photo, and what you do on courts: check-ins, queue entries, games, messages, reports. Courts and who is at them are public by design — that is the point of the app.

Location. We ask for your location only to check in (to verify you are within 300 m of the court) and to show courts near you. We store the distance of a check-in, not your coordinates. We never track you in the background.

Who sees what. Anyone can see court pages, who is checked in (by display name), the queue, the game and the court chat. Your email is never shown. Reports you file are visible only to moderators.

Moderation. Actions are logged so we can suspend accounts that abuse the queue or other players. Three reports from different people in a week trigger an automatic 24-hour suspension.

Third parties. Hosting on Vercel, database and auth on Supabase, map tiles from OpenStreetMap / Apple Maps. No ads, no data sales, no analytics beyond server logs.

Delete your account. From your profile (web) or the app: everything tied to your account is deleted. Messages and check-ins go with it.
